How we handle your information

The short version

We collect only what you type into our signup form. We use it to reply to you and to tell you about our events. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies.

What we collect

When you submit the signup form, we receive:

• your name and email address
• how you'd like to get involved
• your message, if you write one

The form isn't stored in a database. Each submission is sent as an email to our organizers' shared inbox.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstileto block bots. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people from automated traffic, usually without asking you to do anything. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Who sees it

Only the volunteer organizers who look after our inbox. We never publish supporters' names. If you're an elected official or an organization and want to be listed as endorsing us, we'll do that only with your written permission.

How long we keep it

We delete signup emails after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. If you join our mailing list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@langford-ai.ca. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia'sPersonal Information Protection Act.
